Celebrate Earth Day (a day early) by bringing the family to Discover WILD New Hampshire Day — Saturday, April 21, 2007, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the grounds of New Hampshire Fish and Game headquarters on Hazen Drive in Concord. Admission is free. The festival is fun for all ages, with a chance to try archery or casting and see retriever dogs in action, plus big fish and trained falcons. Hands-on activities abound – build a duck box, tie a fly or learn to find your way with a map and compass. Scavenger hunt and wildlife arts and crafts for the kids. On-going exhibits, presentations and nature walks all day. For more information, call (603) 271-3211.
