Fall Gray Squirrel Season Has Started!

Yesterday was the beginning of fall gray squirrel season here in NH. The season runs September 1 – December 31 and there is a bag limit of 5 per day.

Will you be out trying to help protect NH from the perils of the gray menace?

Don’t take them lightly! New Hampshire squirrels are well armed and can be quite vicious when cornered!

I was out and about in Monadnock state park yesterday though it was very breezy so not a great time to find any squirrels. Plus, of course, I didn’t get there until around noon. Yeah, that’s me…the early riser.
