Romney the Back Stabber and the Attacks on Governor Palin

Anybody else not buying this steaming load from Romney?

Yeah, right Mitt. You had nothing to do with any of it despite the fact that it benefits you politically.

Let me be very blunt here. Governor Palin was THE best thing to happen to John McCain’s campaign. Without her he would have lost by 20 points. I can tell you that I was not enthusiastic in any way, shape or form about McCain’s campaign until Governor Palin came onboard. And nobody I know was enthusiastic about him either.

The attacks on Governor Palin are pathetic, to say the least. If she runs in 2012 then she has my full support and I don’t care if they come out and say she is the anti-christ tomorrow. It sickens me to see the biased and unprofessional media whores mindlessly repeating these “anonymous” attacks and the people making them are sub-human scum that shouldn’t be in the Republican party anyway.

And if McCain had picked Romney I would not have been enthusiastic at all. Why? I lived in MA when Romney was governor. He stabbed gun owners in the back by signing a PERMANENT AWB and he is notorious for blatant flip-flops. I did not really want him on the ticket and if he’d been picked it would have been that much more difficult for me to support McCain.

The whole thing is a sickening spectacle to watch. And where is John McCain in all of this? I have not seen him defend Governor Palin at all in the face of the attacks by Romney’s lapdogs. My respect for McCain has dropped to a new low.
